Meissner Reining Horses is a full service training operation
specializing in training Futurity and Derby horses along with offering
Non Pro assistance. We are a small operation designed to offer
individual attention to every horse, and each owner, with emphasis
on understanding , and attempting to accomplish each owners goals.
Although we specialize in training Futurity and Derby horses
Meissner Reining Horses provides assistance from prospect starting all
the way up to the highest level of Non Pro and Open competition.
As for starting prospects we truly believe that the fastest way to make
a show horse is to go slow. We stress suppleness, collection, and
consistency.
During the show season we will be seen at all the local NRHA club
shows, and also many of the major NRHA events including The
Rocky Mountain Summer Slide, International Reining Festival, and
the NRHA Futurity. At Meissner Reining Horses we conduct business
following the lines of our motto:
Priority is in Horsemanship
Pride is in Success
and Passion is in the Sport
