Cameron and wife Karly Meissner of Manhattan, MT have
owned and operated Meissner Reining Horses since 2006.
Before striking out on his own Cameron first graduated
with an Associates Degree in Animal Science and Equine
Studies from Northwest Community College in Powell,
WY. From there he transferred to West Texas A&M where
he completed a Bachelors Degree in Agri. Business.
Following graduation Cameron moved to Selma, NC where
he spent one year as an assistant trainer for Bryant Pace.
After leaving North Carolina he spent the next two years
as an assistant for Million Dollar Rider Craig Schmersal in
Temecula, CA. Since starting his own business Cameron
has been a futurity finalist the past two years at the
Manntana Classic, as well as enjoying much success with
his students in Non Pro events. Meissner Reining Horses
specializes in training Open futurity and derby horses as
well as offering Non Pro instruction with emphasis on
individual care for both horses and students.
